The staff is wonderful, the breakfast savoury, the location is perfect near to beautiful Salt Spring Island, Ganges restaurants / activities and public transport. Beautifully decorated rooms have a cosy design. The bed is comfy, slept really good. The hotel provided a very good customer service during our weekend. What's more, there is free parking on-site.
All good!

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It is just a short walk to the waterfront for dinner and also close to the harbour. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with private bathrooms and all necessary amenities. the hosts provide excellent service and are passionate about the island. the breakfast is delicious, with local ingredients and a variety of options. the common area is beautiful and cozy, perfect for relaxing with a book.
One downside is that some guests experienced issues with their room bookings, resulting in having to pay a higher price for a different room.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The hotel was immaculately clean and had amazing facilities, including a reservable private sauna and hot tub. The location was perfect, being only a short walk away from the main town and even closer to the waterfront, where I enjoyed a lovely dinner one night. The breakfast here was second to none, with locally sourced produce and a lovely garden view dining area. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my dietary restrictions were met and providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Don't have any issues at all!

the garden was beautiful and very well maintained, with plenty of seating areas to enjoy the fine art around the hotel. the room was spotless, with a comfortable and cozy bed and great water pressure in the shower. the service was top-notch, with hosts that were gracious, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Breakfast was not only delicious but also locally sourced and fresh. the hot tub, sauna, and yoga sessions with the host were fantastic facilities.
The hot tub needed a more frequent cleaning schedule, and there was a slight chemical mist when the jets were turned on.

The location was great, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The breakfasts were very tasty, with locally sourced ingredients and homemade touches. The owners were also very friendly and accommodating.
The room we stayed in was a bit too small for our liking, and the decor was a bit outdated. the noise level from other guests was a bit high at times, which made it difficult to relax.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet residential area. The beautiful garden view dining area adds to the relaxing atmosphere. You'll love the central location, just a short walk to everything you need in Ganges. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with fascinating paintings and even have a fireplace for cozy evenings. The breakfast is a true delight, with a variety of dishes made from local ingredients.
The only minor issue was with the hot tub and sauna, which could benefit from more frequent maintenance.
